Warranty Return Process
1. Quick Turnaround:
Once we receive your tool or machine from you, our team will inspect, process, and return it within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding weekends and holidays. We know downtime costs you money, so we keep things moving fast. We will cover the return shipping.
2. Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
If your unit is outside the warranty period, we’ll still take care of it. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways, the cost of replacement parts, and a flat labor fee of $23.00.
