Barjack Tools warrants that all of our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a tool fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair it or replace it,—at our discretion.

This is a common-sense warranty. That means:

• If the tool breaks because of a defect, we’ve got you covered.
  
• If you use the tool properly and it fails under normal conditions, we’ll take care of it.
  
• If the tool is abused, modified, neglected, or damaged through misuse (like using a wrench as a hammer or leaving it out in the rain), that’s on you—not us.
  

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts (such as pads, or other items expected to wear down), or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance. Proof of purchase may be required.

At Barjack Tools, we believe in building reliable tools for real-world use. Treat them right, and they’ll return the favor.

If your Barjack tool breaks in the first year because of a defect, we’ll fix it or replace it.

If you misuse it, abuse it, or wear it out—that’s on you.

1. Quick Turnaround:

Once we receive your tool or machine, our team will inspect, process, and return it within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding weekends and holidays. We know downtime costs you money, so we keep things moving fast.

2. Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

If your unit is outside the warranty period, we’ll still take care of it. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways, the cost of replacement parts, and a flat labor fee of $23.00.
